In the kitchen Gigetto’s professionalism is supported by the enthusiasm of his son Marco, who after many work experiences in Italy and abroad has brought back home innovation, new cooking techniques, and novel flavours combinations inspired by haute cuisine.

Gigetto’s cuisine takes inspiration from local traditional dishes; it follows the seasons and enhances the best the area has to offer: radicchio, mushrooms, asparagus, wild herbs, sopressa (cured meat), snails and game.
